The cost of a custom mural in your child's bedroom is comparable to having the room professionally painted or wallpapered. An average room can be colorfully decorated for about $350.00 (CAD). Individual characters are $275.00 (CAD) each, which include a complimentary piece of background scenery. Additional background scenery starts at $100.00 (CAD). An exact quote on additional scenery can be made once a picture is available to determine the size and complexity of the scene.

Murals are drawn free-hand and the highest quality low-odor latex paints are used. Colors are mixed on site to match the provided picture or to match a color theme the bedroom may already have. The mural will be dry to the touch within one hour and is washable 30 days after completion.

Co-ordinate bedspreads and window treatments while creating a stimulating, learning environment in your child’s room. A mural can initiate counting games, help a child to identify colors and shapes or offer a scene where cognitive thinking is encouraged.

As an alternative, put your ideas on canvas for $50 per square foot, plus the cost of the canvas.
